Bought several cordless shades about 5 years ago. They were installed promptly and efficiently Was very happy with High Plains service. Recently, one of the shades needed a new cord and High Plains came out, took the shade to the shop, fixed and reinstalled it in record time. High Plains offers a good product at a reasonable price and their customer service cannot be beat. Highly recommended!!!
